Η επιστροφή των προϊόντων γίνεται το αργότερο εντός δεκατεσσάρων (14) εργάσιμων ημερών απο την ημερομηνία παραλαβής και εφόσον τα προϊόντα βρίσκονται στην αρχική τους κατάσταση. Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση είναι η κατοχή της απόδειξης αγοράς του προϊόντος.

Items should be in original unworn, unwashed, condition with tags, packaging in place to be eligible for exchange. Anything not in the original condition, has clearly been worn, used or marked, will be sent back and not exchanged. You must be able to provide proof of purchase. Please not that underwears and earrings are not exchangeable.
Returns in Cyprus have a shipping cost
In case of returns, shipping cost will burden the customer (shipping cost depends on the country and region).
FAULTY GOODS
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can start the exchange process. In this case, please include your name, order number and what item(s) you are returning. MEGASTORES will absorb the return shipping costs.
